Your pet photo — guidelines

• Use a clear, recent photo. The better the photo, the better the portrait. Avoid blurry, dark or heavily filtered images.
• Face forward, fully visible. The face of your pet should be clearly visible and facing the camera — not turned away or obscured.
• Good lighting. Natural daylight works best. Avoid flash photos — they wash out detail and flatten the fur texture.
• One pet per portrait. Each portrait is made for one animal. If you'd like portraits of multiple pets, simply order one per pet.
• File size. Upload a photo of at least 1 MB. JPG or PNG format preferred.
