Photo tips — for the best portrait

Face forward, fully visibleYour pet's face should be clearly visible and facing the camera. Avoid side profiles or photos where the face is partially hidden.

Good natural lightingNatural daylight gives the best results. Avoid flash photography — it washes out detail and flattens fur texture.

Sharp and in focusBlurry or heavily filtered photos will affect the quality of the portrait. Use the highest resolution available on your phone.

One pet per portraitEach portrait is made for one animal. If you'd like portraits of multiple pets, simply place one order per pet.

File size mattersUpload a photo of at least 1 MB for the best result. JPG or PNG format preferred.
